At just 19, Asvin Khatri has already built a strong foundation in mountain biking. Growing up in Lalitpur, he started racing at a young age and quickly became known for his steady podium finishes in junior categories. These early achievements showed how committed he was to the sport and how much he enjoyed being on the bike.
Now, Asvin is taking that passion further by working as a mountain biking assistant marshal. In this role, he guides international guests through some of Nepal’s most scenic trails, helping them experience the country’s natural beauty and the excitement of adventure riding. He is learning to handle responsibilities on the trail while sharing the joy of mountain biking with people from around the world.
Along with this, Asvin is also pursuing a business degree and exploring media production. Balancing his studies, creative work, and outdoor guiding, he is shaping a path that brings all his interests together. Asvin’s story is simple but inspiring—starting as a young racer and now growing into a dedicated rider who is building his future around what he loves most.
